We ship Worldwide!
All our items are sent from the UK by Royal Mail or DHL tracked delivery. 

Worldwide orders are sent by International Signed For service. All services require a signature upon delivery, someone should be at the delivery address to receive the item. DHL do not deliver to P.O Box addresses.

 

Most items (depending on stock) are shipped within 1 to 3 working days of receiving payment. 

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes outside of the UK. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

 

Please note USA & European Union Countries will not have to pay taxes.

We are only able to ship on Business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).

 

Approx delivery times:

Within the UK – 2 working days

EUROPE/ WORLDWIDE - 2 to 5 working days

UK Bank Holidays / Public Holidays 

We do not open on UK Bank Holidays or Public Holidays. This means your order may be delayed in delivery. Please contact us before ordering at these times to ensure you fully understand the expected delivery date for your order. 

 

Please note: In the unlikely event that your item goes missing once posted then we will do our utmost to help you claim your money back with the shipping company. A refund/exchange will only be given if Royal Mail accepts the status of the parcel as missing. An investigation by Royal Mail will then take place which can take up to 90 days. We highly recommend you choose a tracked/secured service (UK or International Express) to insure your item arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for parcels being delivered incorrectly by the postal service if a 'signature' shipping service is not selected upon checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Payment Methods:

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, mastercard through PayPal. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.

Shipping

*Please allow 48hrs on top of all delivery options for the rare occasion we may have a shipping delay due to traffic/weather or technical issues. *

 

Returns Policy

Should you change your mind, you can return your items to us, provided:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • We do not offer refunds. Exchange or credit on all products

  • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.

  • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to CAFE TERO. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

  • We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns Policy.

  • The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer.

 

Cancellation

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days from when you receive your order. 

All order cancellations must be emailed to Info@cafe-tero.com. You must do this within 14 days of receipt of your order.

You must then return the items to us with a copy of your sale invoice.

We offer easy, instant & safe card payments through PayPal from all major credit or debit cards (Bank cards) including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, MaestroUK, AmericanExpress, Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Debit (Delta). We accept payments through this method from all Countries. 

 

Please note: Some International cards may charge for transactions depending on which Country & card used, please consult with your card provider to find out if they charge a small percentage. Here at CAFE TERO we value all our customers and their privacy, our checkout system is 100% secure. None of your information is shared to anyone or any third parties.

Currencies & International Orders

All prices on our website are shown in British Pounds (GBP) although PAYPAL show's the converted price in Euros & US Dollars - as the currency exchange rate changes daily these converted prices may not be exact & we would recommend that you check online for the exact rates before placing your order. We can not be held responsible for discrepancies with the current currency rate as it changes frequently. 

Having problems paying?

We are very sorry if you are experiencing problems when paying. If your card is declining on checkout then it is usually because your card issuer has put a block on your card - this happens more commonly with International cards. Card issuers have monitors which track your spending, if you do not often use your card on International websites then they may block or put a hold on your card. Although our website is 100% safe & secure card issuers do this to make sure it is you that authorised the payment.

We would strongly suggest contacting your card issuer first if you experience any problems when paying & they will lift any blocks on your card. If the problem persists please check your address matches your address registered with your card & all fields are entered correctly. If the problems persist please do not hesitate to contact us.
